I used to work with Kontentino at my last job, and I recently got a plan for my new gig. It's super user-friendly, making it a breeze to handle multiple accounts, collaborate with your team, and check out the essential analytics all in one spot.

For almost three years, I've been using Kontentino, and it has truly helped me build my social media management business. I wanted my clients to be in the loop about what was being posted and when, and to work together seamlessly.

The support from their team is top-notch. I've frequently suggested some enhancements, and they've actually made those changes. It feels like I'm treated as a person, not just another account.

There are a couple of features I'm still waiting for them to roll out, which is why I haven't given them a perfect score yet, but I’m confident it won’t be long before they blow my expectations out of the water.

Every year, when my subscription comes up for renewal, they’ve set up a one-on-one video chat with a customer success manager, which has been a fantastic chance to go over everything.

When we bring a client on board, they can jump right in without needing a tutorial; it’s that intuitive. The one area that could use a bit of work is the reporting feature.

This tool is fantastic! Great service at a fair price. We utilize it to scale content across 14 different nations, and our admins have mentioned that Kontentino truly boosts their efficiency. That said, there's still room to grow – like adding interactive story scheduling or tweaking the number of notifications when posts are approved. The customer support is super fast, friendly, and receptive to suggestions for enhancing the product. Absolutely love it! :)

We've been on the Kontentino train since their early days after a fantastic trial, and honestly, we haven't turned back to those pricey 'premium' service providers in years! I would totally recommend this software. The only downside is that the reporting feature could use some enhancements, but we've figured out a workaround for that.

Definitely a time saver, super user-friendly, and most things are quite clear. The coolest part is having everything centralized, allowing clients, designers, and project managers to view all updates, give approvals, or leave feedback. Plus, there's a downloadable report for each profile. I've been trying out the app too, and it's decent, but I'm looking forward to more features in the near future.
